Editorial: From Print to Online — A New Chapter for STJIt is with great pleasure that we present Volume 13, Issue 1 (January 2025) of the Science & Technology Journal (STJ). This issue marks a significant milestone in the journal’s journey: the transition from a traditional print-only format to a modern, fully online platform.
For more than a decade, STJ has served as a platform for disseminating quality research in science, technology, and allied disciplines. While the print edition established the journal’s identity and credibility, the changing landscape of scholarly communication calls for greater accessibility, visibility, and speed of dissemination. Moving online allows us to achieve these goals.
All twenty articles in this issue were originally published in print and are now made available digitally. Each article retains its original DOI and pagination, ensuring consistency for citation and indexing. The online version makes these contributions accessible to a wider readership— researchers, practitioners, and students—beyond geographical boundaries.
The transition to online publishing is not just a technical upgrade but also a commitment to open access, global reach, and long-term sustainability. By embracing digital workflows, we can ensure faster editorial processing, improved metadata standards, and greater integration with scholarly databases and indexing services.
We thank our authors, reviewers, and readers for their continued support. As we move forward, we invite the scholarly community to engage with STJ in its new format and help us strengthen its role as a bridge between knowledge creation and societal application.— Editorial Team
